Quotation generator

Create a quotation online

Give your customer a clear offer with the work, quantities and prices in one document. Type the details directly, add your logo and choose a quotation style. Check the PDF preview before you issue the version you want to send.

From details to a finished quotation

Step 1

Describe your offer

Enter your business and customer details, then add the goods or work you are proposing. You can type items without saving products first.

Step 2

Set the price and dates

Check quantities, unit prices and the total. Choose the currency and a valid-until date that matches how long the offer is available.

Step 3

Preview and issue

Choose a style and review every page. Save a draft while you are checking details, then issue the quotation when it is ready.

Make it clear what the price covers

Useful descriptions help a customer compare your offer with what they need. For example, “Brochure design, including two rounds of revisions” says more than “Design services”. Use the notes for relevant exclusions, proposed timing or information needed before work begins.

What to include

Quotation questions

Do I need to save a customer first?

No. Quick quotations let you type the customer and item details directly. You can start before creating an account; an account is needed to download the finished PDF.

Can I change a quotation after issuing it?

The issued PDF is preserved. Duplicate the quotation to make a revised version, then review and issue the new copy.

When should I send an invoice instead?

Send a quotation to present your offer. Use an invoice when requesting an agreed payment, such as a deposit, milestone payment or balance.
